Our mission trip opportunities allow you to use your gifts, talents, skills, and hobbies as a tangible way of sharing God’s love and provision. We also provide training in the various workshops that are provided through our mission trips.
LEAMIS International Ministries is an interdenominational, evangelical Christian organization. Our name comes from our two areas of focus: leadership and missions.
Through individual and group mission teams, we assist local churches in developing nations. Our goal is to help in the transformation of communities through spiritual and development projects that minister to the whole person – spirit, soul, and body.
We offer training in areas requested by the host church. Examples of the workshops and seminars we provide include:
- leadership development for pastors and church leaders
- water purification methods
- alternative cooking fuels
- food storage and preparation methods
- cottage industry and micro-enterprise such as: .
- candle making
- soap making
- sewing
- arts and crafts
- bio-fuel briquettes
- charcoal from agricultural waste
- recycling plastic bags into serviceable items such as purses, bed mats and floor mats
